Everything as described, working preinstalled OS and spare HDD, with all 64GB ECC ram sticks. Still have room for even more memory if needed. Using it for LLM work with my 3090, the included 925 Watt PSU enough to handle it. Only needed a 2x 6-pin to 2x 8-pin adapter for it, which was no issue. Overall been great in daily use for weeks now.
