- m***e (6)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseI've tried a lot of things, from updating bios and drivers, to wiping it completely, nothing worked. For some reason ever since I got it, this laptop keeps getting random blue screens of death, I've stress tested it, but it doesn't crash, I've ran the Dell diagnostics tool on all the components but it says everything is fine. The blue screens only had gone away slightly when I changed the SSD bios setting to (RAID On), but even then, I still get random blue screens of death in normal task.Reply from: epc-texas- Feedback replied to by seller epc-texas.- Feedback replied to by seller epc-texas.Hello, we apologize for this unit not working properly.
