Complete Waste of Money – Avoid This Scanner I bought this scanner expecting high-quality image scans, but it was a complete failure from the start. The scans are always in black and white, with terrible resolution. I spent two days trying to get it to work properly, but nothing helped. The support page doesn’t exist, and no one responds to support requests. The included software is archaic—looks like something from 2001—and offers almost no useful configuration options. This product is useless.
