        I placed an order, only to have the seller cancel it days later with the excuse that she was away and couldn’t ship on time. She then sent multiple messages, apologizing profusely and promising to relist the item—just to completely disappear afterward. No replies, no updates, nothing. I’m extremely frustrated with the fake apologies and empty promises. If you’re not going to relist, don’t waste people’s time pretending to be sorry and making commitments you clearly have no intention of keeping.

        An unfortunate series of events led me to have to cancel and refund this order. It came in during a hectic time and was due to be shipped during a crisis (my booth at Brimfield suffered catastrophic flooding the day it was to go out). I’ve been dealing with repercussions since and haven’t had a chance to repost. I have offered to send the dress free of charge if the buyer still wants it. I have also learned my lesson and will shut down online sales well before offsite shows begin. Best, Ana
