When I ran the disk, it would not accept the product key and displayed an 'invalid key' message. Fortunately, I had my own product key and installed the software, but I thought you should know the seller was not helpful. The seller said this happens sometimes, call Microsoft. Basically, you bought a disk with a bad product key from this seller, and you're on your own; disk is yours now. Buyer beware.
