Bit of a shame because now we have to try and mash things using a little nubbin to hold on to. I will have to replace it. Otherwise, great mashing action. The ceramic item arrived slightly chipped, which is alright considering it was bought for personal use and I will love it nonetheless, but it could’ve benefited from better protection (the original packaging was moving a lot in the bigger box without much cushioning) and perhaps a “fragile” sticker. Otherwise, the shipping was quick, and the item is just as described and lovely.
