    Attempted to contact seller to request a replacement part bc one of the parts arrived broken. He claimed that it can not be returned do to his policy of it needing an original undamaged box. I ripped the box when opening not knowing this. So he is not allowing me to return and refusing to replace the part because of this. Very less than satisfactory…..

    Buyer received a complete 3-piece kit. He claimed one part was defective but refused to return the full item with original packaging, which is required for verification and warranty, just like any major retailer (Best Buy, Home Depot, etc.). I offered a free return, but he declined, demanded a replacement without returning anything, and discarded Original box. I stand by my return policy and always try to help, but replacement without return is not possible.
