The plastic shell of some the DVD cases got damaged on the outside. The individual DVDs inside were all fine. We accepted the return and gave a full refund. Every single disc in the set was undamaged. Customer returned the item wrapped in tape and some trash they had around their house. This person is more concerned with looking at the case of a DVD rather than what is on the disc.
