      Seller didnt update shipping/dispatch for about a week, then finally messaged me saying "sorry had shipping issue". A tracking number was added. About a week later, still no movement, and the seller didn't respond to any messages asking for updates. Total of 18 days and still not dispatched. 0/10, poor seller communication and inability to handle problems on their side.

      The issue was Parcel force specifically excludes electronic items like monitors and you can only find this out if you go directly on their site. As you had paid for shipping I was looking for an alternative which was not extremely expensive. In addition I was not sure whether ebay would cover as some items their shipping covers me but for this item they did not likely due to the size. I added the tracking automatically as I thought I would risk it. After speaking to ebay decided against it
