    Ce n'est pas en bombant le torse et en faisant les gros bras que l'on obtient gain de cause. Le respect, cela s'apprend. Un comportement détestable dans le seul but de soutirer de l'argent pour des articles déjà négociés. J'ai généreusement proposé un remboursement intégral de l'ensemble des achats pour ne plus avoir affaire à vous. Vous avez simplement mis vos menaces à exécution.
