It was wrapped once with bubble wrap in the original box. The item was heavy and could easily have been damaged especially the plastic part of the EGR. However it was not damaged, it has been fitted and its working as it should do. Too early to say if it's functioning as it should be and won't know until the car has done a few thousand miles. 4 star for lack of packaging.
