Widerrufs- oder Rückgabebelehrung

Ware kann nur umgetauscht werden wenn:

1.) Die Rücksendung der zu reklamierenden Artikel innerhalb von 1 Monat an folgende Adresse erfolgt ist: CCP Records, Dinghoferstr.54, 4020 Linz, Austria.

2.) Die eingeschweissten oder versiegelten Datenträger wie CDs, LPs, DVDs, Videos sowie Boxsets mit unbeschädigten Siegel bzw. in der unbeschädigten Einschweissfolie retourniert worden sind.

3.) Bei Textilien ein Materialfehler auftritt. Diese können natürlich nur umgetauscht werden, wenn sie noch ungetragen und ungewaschen sind.

4.) Die Rücksendung ausreichend frankiert ist (natürlich nur die preiswerteste Variante)! Unfreie Pakete können NICHT angenommen werden und werden kostenpflichtig retourniert. Das Porto wird natürlich bei berechtigten Reklamationen (in Form einer Gutschrift) zurückerstattet.

5.) Diese gut verpackt wurde und nicht durch den Transport vom Kunden zu uns beschädigt wird, oder gar verloren geht. Die Ware am besten mit der Originalverpackung retournieren.

6.) Eine Rechnungskopie beigefügt ist, mit kurzer Notiz über den Grund der Rücksendung und ob Umtausch, Ersatzartikel, Guthaben für die nächste Bestellung oder Rückerstattung des Betrages gewünscht ist!

Beschädigte Sendungen:

Achten Sie bitte unbedingt drauf, dass Sie von der Post ein unbeschädigtes Päckchen erhalten (gegebenenfalls im Beisein des Postboten öffnen). Nehmen Sie nie eine beschädigte Sendung an, denn damit bestätigen Sie praktisch stillschweigend den einwandfreien Erhalt der Ware und können in diesem Fall keine Entschädigung beantragen.
