Vehicle has a mfg. specific cable/plug that controls both the windshield wipers and steering wheel radio controls. I also had to splice into my radio wiring harness and wasn’t advertised as having to do so. Am not damaging the steering wheel cable too, as this cable is extinct and impossible to replace. As with all steering adapter you have to splice (not cut) 2 connections at your oem car stereo plug, again no cutting (everything is reversible). CALL FOR TECH SUPPORT 352 777 1618. No connections at your steering wheel, super easy, many thousands sold. 1 complainer... you. Imagine that, you failed where thousands before you succeeded. Clearly problem resolution isn't one of your strengths, lucky for you, it is one of mine. CALL or text, I can help you.
