I've been an ebuyer for decades, but sadly, this is my first negative feedback. The cardboard binder was mailed in a micro thin plastic envelope, which afforded NO protection. It arrived severely damaged and unusable, so I messaged the seller and asked how they would like to resolve. After a week, they are silent, the binder is in the garbage, and I'm heading to the car to go buy one at an office supply store. How sad. I would not recommend this seller. They don't seem to care.

USPS must have damaged it. We asked buyer to open a return request. That was not done and no other communication so we assumed they were ok.

Difference in physical size of the mediums in the pack were beyond slight variations, I could accept some differences, but this is ridiculous. I’d provide pics but hey, feels a bit weird. Buy if you’re ok with 50% being what you expect.
