All 8 tracks purchased for full price, or at offers of $12.99 or more, will have new foam/felt pads and sensing foil splices installed as needed prior to shipment, they will also be cleaned of as many scuffs as possible. Any offers made under $12.99 will be shipped exactly as pictured. Without new pads and splices, it is unlikely that the tape will work properly. So if you cannot (or wish not to) perform the refurbishing yourself, please make sure to offer at least $12.99.
