2. We require that any item you want to return is in a resale-able* condition.
3. We require that you pay for your return delivery.
4. We reserve the right to charge a restock fee of no greater than 25% (unless goods are not returned in a *resale-able condition)
5. We will refund your returned order within 14 days. (Less any re-stock fees)

1. Please reseal your original package securely, and in the original packaging to prevent damage, please note that you are responsible for the condition of the goods until they are returned to us.
2. Please affix YOUR RETURNS NUMBER & Our Address to the front of the package
3. Post: Brook-Water UK, The Downs, Woodhouse Hill, Lyme Regis, DT7-3SL, Devon, UK.
4. Please affix your address details to the reverse of the package. 
5. Please take to local Post Office or use your own courier for posting.
 
We would advise that you obtain sufficient insurance in the event that the items are damaged or go missing, PLEASE NOTE: in the event of damage or returned good going missing, you will have to claim for this not us and in these instances we will not issue refunds.
