Order as described for the most part. Boxing's description not completely accurate. Loooks like the casing around top red scroll wheel ball also turns. It does not. Top red ball works like any other regular mouse scroll wheel. Bottom gray ball tracks mouse movements. Was hoping this to be a 'stationary' mouse. It is not. No complaints otherwise despite not figuring out rest of boxing's additional detailed offerings. Still a very good, highly usable mouse.
