Item arrived and is as described. However took 26 days from day of order to arrive. This wasn't a problem but at about 15 days I messaged to ask politely when it would be dispatched and no reply. Also messaged again a week later and no reply. I had brought it as gift for friend and just wanted a rough idea when it would arrive. So item is fine communication was bad and it was kind of rude not to just ping a reply back when I was very polite in my message.

The listing clearly states to allow 14 days before dispatch - this order was placed on 1st May and dispatched FIRST class on 23rd (not second class as stated on the listing to arrive sooner at my expense). It was delivered on 24th. There are three weekends plus a Bank Holiday during this period of time so it did NOT take 26 days to arrive and only just missed the timeframe during the busiest wedding period of the year
