Although My Scanner film trays did not arrive, is not Negative Solutions fault, I have a reliable post officer and They we quick to refund me, which I am pleased about. However I cannot get these Scanner Items locally and will try and re-order them as I need them for my Canoscan 8800 model which I cannot locate in Australia. - Thank you so far your great communication. Will reorder the items as soon as I can. Postage costs extremely high, but Have a refund for the items lost in post
