    Worst experience on ebay since I joined. The item was late and the seller was not helpful at all. Didn't respond until I escalated the and when they did respond it was with rude and snide messages. No one expects you as the seller to be 100% in control of the delivery but you can help when things go wrong instead of being rude and short with people just because you have been paid already and know the buyer will lose out as they have to pay to return your items. Definitely one to be avoided.
