Quite disappointed to see that the buyer took such an aggressive stance, when it is the tracking that shows delivered. Buyer did not allow us a chance to try to resolve the issue.We would certainly have been willing to work with the buyer, We could have sent a free replacement or issued a full refund. or done both. The negative on our account is far more concerning to us than the sale.
