Incorrectly sent 1 pack instead of 10, wasn’t able to use them at school disco. Refunded the 9 missing, i had to process return and send back 1 pack that I didnt need. Lot of wasted effort on my part due to ‘packing error’ on their side which as they said ‘happens sometimes’. Personally, given the error/ impact to me, I’d have thought a full refund and not having to repackage and take back to the post office would have been the right thing to do given only £2.50 and less cost price to them
