Unfortunately we were not aware there was an issue with the order until we were left negative feedback upon looking into this we can see from the evri tracking number C00HHA0484206083 the order has been delivered.
If the buyer had contacted us before just leaving feedback we could have assisted them but without knowing there was an issue it is really difficult to deal with issues.
