I had always been polite, and tried my best to help you on the hat you purchased in November 2021.But I was not able to give you the huge discount that you requested. Just curious: knowing that you had such a "bad" experiences in my store in November 2021, why did you purchase 2nd hat in early January, 2022? Without contacting me, you left a negative review on the 2nd hat while the review obviously was talking about your 1st hat shopping experiences? You totally confused me as well other people
