The magazine was dispatched very quickly and is as described, in a good condition! The magazine was very well protected internally inside sellotaped plastic packaging to protect it during transit! There is NO issue, as my address is verified on Paypal and E-bay. Tried contacting seller, received no response. My belief is that seller miscalculated international shipping charge and didn't want to cover their mistake, so they made up reason to not fulfill obligation. Only reason I'm giving neutral and not negative feedback is because I received a refund.
