I was extremely disappointed when I received the wrong pin as I messaged the seller and they wanted me to send the pin back to receive the correct pin. I had already paid twice as much for this pin because I jumped the gun and didn’t see there were other sellers selling the pin for half as much. When I asked for a deal the seller was willing to take 5% off which was ridiculous when the mistake was theirs. Very unhappy with this seller.

I tried to work with the Buyer, we have a 30 Day Refund Policy to Return for Refund or Exchange, Postage paid by Seller, upon Request. She offered that I send her the correct item for $8.00, as they were offered on eBay for that price, I checked and could not locate anybody selling a simular item for $8.00. So I kindly asked her to send the Transaction Number she was referring to. I received this (-) Feedback, immediately. She is making a false statement as, I did not offer any 5% off.
