Cancellations:
 
Need to cancel an order order? Sure absolutely no problem, simply email us and we will refund and cancel the order for you, providing we haven't dispatched your order. If this happens then don't panic, as soon as your order arrives just send it right back. Obviously the postage cost of doing so will be at your expense as the order was cancelled after dispatch but as soon as it arrives back here at DontLeaveTheHouse HQ we'll refund the original order in full for you. No hassle at all. This excludes PERSONALISED orders. Please note if you would like to cancel your order before you have sent any photos or message you require printing on your personalised gifts, we will arrange an exchange or refund, however we can not allow cancellation of an order once it has been printed.
 
Returns:
 
We offer a super duper 30 day returns policy on all items with the exception of personalised and perishable goods which can't be returned for a refund under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. If an error occurs as a result of our mistake we will firstly, intensely humiliate the member of staff involved or even execute depending on your preference and then, of course, refund or replace for you. Please send us photographic evidence where possible so that we can verify the error. Please remember though we're only human and mistakes sometimes happen. If a mistake is made, we understand it can be a worry or inconvenience but please be polite when contacting us as there is a human at the receiving end of your message.
 
If that bit doesn't apply to you then just send the order back, we’ll ask you to pay the postage to send back any item that doesn’t 100% delight you, and we'll refund the original order in full. No quibble or hassle, no guilt trip emails or emotional phone calls begging you to think twice, just a nice easy refund.
