    While I did receive this unit in new condition, it immediately did not operate. I contacted the seller, and they advised me to open the unit and make adjustments to it. I do not agree with these responses. I should not have to repair a new item and I do not have the ability nor tools to perform these tasks. This is unsatisfactory response from the seller.
