The print colour work was excellent. I wasn't happy with the fact that the banner didn't come with hemmed trimming for extra strength. Didn't question my order before sending however he was helpful by explaining the process and delivery but I think they may have been the fact that the banner was done immediately and he didn't want me to question the of assurance of the banner hemming. If it was hemmed I would have rated a 5 star.
