READ THE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK
I requested to cancel the item within minutes of ordering. They refused as they claim the item has already been dispatched which was at 10pm on a Sunday night on a bank holiday weekend. They are drop shipping the items so they are marked as dispatched straight away. There was no viable reason they couldn't cancel the order. Horrendous aftercare service now they arent responding to my messages when I ask them to return which is because they are using a drop shipper.
