letters were very nice and looked great on the bunting I was making. The seller had to send me a second order as the first ordered didn't arrive. They sent it first class to ensure I got the second lot quickly which was very helpful. it is just a shame that the first batch got lost in the post as I was on a tight schedule. Recommended seller as long as not urgent.
