I placed an order with this seller on May 11 with an estimated delivery date of May 16-20. The seller created a shipping label on May 12 but never actually sent the item. I contacted the seller on May 16 and again on May 19 without ever receiving a reply. It is now May 22 and the item was never shipped. I have attempted to cancel the order, but I am unable to since they created a shipping label. I have contacted my credit card company for a refund. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SELLER!
