Buyer beware; blatant scam. Seller will collect payment and never mail your purchase. If you ask what's going on seller will ignore you. You'll have to open a case against seller to get a refund. Seller will agree to mail your purchase but won't. This will extend the time it takes to get a refund. Seller makes a considerable effort to get around Ebay buyer protections to keep your money so they can relist the item and keep the scam going. Seller has a history of doing this to other buyers too
