After a few weeks, the battery failed. I beg to differ; it was a Genuine Samsung battery. I have messaged the seller and asked for a refund or return ( although it cannot be returned via Royal Mail), but the seller has not responded. I had to buy it from my usual supplier, and it now works perfectly. Very disappointing and unprofessional customer service. Be aware.
