The over use of packing material caused the bottom of parfum to be stuck in the usps packing. This package design by Lancome is designed to withstand any breakage. I worked for Lancome 17 yrs and sold a lot of Tresor. You could take their packaging which had cellophane around it (Lancome) and throw it across a room and it would sustain it without breaking. It was not packed properly. It was overkill pkg I open and slide off usps packing. My parfum goes flying up in the air and hits the floor!
