Unfortuately the item did not arrive more than likely not the sellers fault.However when I asked the seller to report the item not delivered with Yodel direct he did not do it. I reported item not delivered via E bay and the seller just asked for the case to be closed meaning I would have lost the money paid for the item. I would expect the seller to at least enquire with the courier company the courier may have remembered the delivery or their own tracking may have located the delivery point.
