I asked for a refund but it was then the seller told me they had the items packaged however they were quick to refund .very disappointed that I didn’t get what I paid for

Sorry you are disappointed and didn't get what you paid for. The order was cancelled by the buyer after being placed (a cancellation not a refund or return). We informed that the order would leave with that days post as it was processed, ready for dispatch, for delivery the following day. Cancellation still requested we obliged the same day and stopped dispatch. If not cancelled, the order would have been received exactly as requested and we are confident you would have liked our product.
