Transfer received very late and worse, is very pale, not at all bright and colorful like the photo. This will not be useful for creating my niece's gift, but will go in the trash. Could have made my own transfer better than this, on time & for less $$. Very disappointed.

I am so sorry to hear you got your package arrived late. We do send these off typically the day after an order is received and unfortunately the USPS can delay a package on their end. As far as the color, the pigment ink soaks into the transfer paper so it will appear dull until it is applied. Please feel free to request a return for a refund.
