Worked as described- only confusing thing is that somewhere on their communication they said they were going to post something to me, which didn’t sound right as I was expecting a digital service. What actually happened was that after about 6 days I got an email saying the phone would be unlocked, so I went to check and it was indeed unlocked. So good service, just slightly confusing communication.

Thank you very much for your feedback but it DID NOT take 6 days. We delivered the unlock within the specified processing time. And also it was not a message saying the phone would be unlocked, it's the unlock confirmation message we sent after the device is successfully network UNLOCKED. And we did not actually say we were going to post something to you. It could be because we mark it as processed but eBay shows it as shipped so it's actually eBay. Thanks for your understanding!

Although sadly we decided the code for my device would not work this seller was excellent on communications and helped with the decision rather than just take money and maybe not fix it.
