Esperienza totalmente negativa, il bauletto è arrivato graffiato (tra l'altro il graffio era coperto da un adesivo e mi sono accorto del graffio solo una volta tolto l'adesivo stesso). Ho scritto senza avere risposta e dopo aver telefonato la loro risposta è arriva dal produttore non so cosa dirle, noi non possiamo farci nulla... anzi hanno ventilato il dubbio che lo avessi rovinato io.
