I have contacted the seller and she was extremely rude. Four of the eight hearts were detached from the tree and three were stuck together. It was extremely difficult to prize them apart without damaging them as they were flimsy card. Really disappointed as this was a gift for my daughters 30th birthday.

You sent extremely rude messages, an were disappointed saying the hearts should have been made from wood like you've seen many others selling, i clearly do not sell wooden tree and hearts so why the disappointment. I asked for pics of damaged hearts and offered replacement, u failed to supply. I use very thick card for my item, so this is all because you felt you would have preferred wood. First complaint, next time read before you buy
