    I’m ordering these for the second time now! I ordered them before I gave birth and I honestly am so glad I got them. Without going into major detail- if you’re sore down below after birth/and/or tore- these feel cool and soothing and give almost instant relief. You can leave on your pad or just use as a cold compress. Would 100% recommend their use for post partum.
