Das Sigma 30 mm F/1.4 EX AF DC HSM-Objektiv für Nikon bietet eine solide Bildqualität. Es findet Anwendung bei Innenaufnahmen oder auch bei Schnappschüssen und dank der großen Offenblende bietet es ebenfalls kreativen Freiraum bei Porträtaufnahmen. Speziell niedrige Dispersions- Glaselemente und ELD Glaselemente, sowie ein asphärisches Linsenelement stellen eine hohe Bildqualität sicher. Da die Frontlinse beim Scharfstellen nicht rotiert, ist der Einsatz einer tulpenförmigen Gegenlichtblende und eines Zirkular-Polfilters möglich.
