Ho detto al cliente di rispedire l'articolo perché dall'italia nn posso fare il ritiro a casa sua,gli avrei pagato le spese di spedizione come ho fatto con altri,l'articolo era ad un prezzo concorrenziale ed era in ottime condizioni,si tratta di una marmitta beverly che aveva una staffa saldata ma ciò non comporta alcun malfunzionamento in ogni caso fin da subito ho collaborato basandomi sulle regole di ebay, egli avrebbe dovuto restituire e mettere il tracking per ottenere il rimborso
