Wrong colour shade I seemed to be unreasonable for letting them know offered £2 then £5 then full refund ..mistakes happen then say yes they do but usually you are apologetic haven't used ebay for ages won't use it again packaging they sent it in was a joke so not bothering sending back will put shade in bin it was a flat pack shade that velcroed on ????
