I am very sorry for any confusion. I did not refuse to refund you, only asked to see if you would receive your package in the mail today since it was a 3 day holiday for the USPS. I mailed your package the day after it was ordered and your tracking showed it was only 3 days sitting at the St Louis USPS sorting center. I do not have control over the timeliness of the USPS delivery system. I can only put out the orders as fast as I can and hope the post office does their job.
