These are really well-made. I can see a small paint run on one corner of mine if I look really closely but it's not something that would be noticeable once installed and placed on a desk and I don't think it would show up in photographs at all (other than that one tiny defect, the finish is excellent). Initially I thought the cost was perhaps a bit high but after seeing it in person and looking at the construction method it's actually quite reasonable.

Than you I really appreciate the review as Tristin and the milling factory really cares about the quality of the 3d manufactured parts and Finish work. Color matching the original NeXT paint, I agree excellent job painting them for us. The Price is great as several original NeXT hardware owners have commented. If they did not know it was a clone of the original , they thought it was new old stock original NeXT faceplates. I opted to invest in a metal replication at 4 times the cost worth it !
