    The parts were as described: new, they arrived in 19 days instead of the double the time advertised, so the seller is highly recommended. One of the 25 relays was defective but it is not the sellers fault and the price was still amazing for these relays in comparison to the Canada/USA big electronic part distributors like Digi-Key, Mouser, Allied Electronics etc. I recommend everyone to test all of their relays they purchase regardless of the seller on Ebay or even outside of Ebay.
