I am so sorry to hear it did not adhere. I am guessing that since your order was for a dark color fabric transfer and the application is different than a light color fabric transfer, that perhaps removing the backing prior to application may have not happened. The backing needs to be removed and the image would be placed face up for it to adhere to your fabric. I will personally contact you to brainstorm with you and come up with a solution
