I had been using the treadmill up to the day male and female came for it. It was still plugged in and customer tested that it worked. It was raining the day they came for it so it may have gotten too wet; customer may have dropped as I (the seller) had to assist with getting in their car. I have never had any problems with it, was just too big for the lifestyle changes I am making.
